Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Seraphim Defence Systems PSA (the "Controller") processes personal data collected through EUthermal.com in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

1. Data Controller

2. Data we collect
When you submit our lead form we collect: full name, business email, company name, optional phone, country, estimated quantity and your message. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) for security and analytics.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to B2B sales inquiries and securing our website).
4. Purpose
We use your data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and maintain a record of business communication. We do not sell or rent personal data.
5. Retention
Lead form data is retained for up to 36 months from the last contact, or longer where required by law (e.g. tax and export-control records).
6. Recipients
Data is processed by authorised employees of Seraphim Defence Systems PSA and EU-based service providers (hosting, email, CRM) acting as processors under written agreements.
7. International transfers
Personal data is stored and processed within the European Economic Area. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
